Scott C. Borison is the founder of Borison Firm. His practice concentrates on consumer-rights litigation, complex civil litigation, class actions, and appeals.
Throughout his career, he has represented consumers in matters resulting in numerous published decisions establishing or clarifying important principles of consumer law. His work has addressed mortgage servicing, debt collection, credit reporting, arbitration, foreclosure, class litigation, and statutory interpretation in state and federal courts.
In addition to representing clients, Mr. Borison teaches trial advocacy and has remained actively involved in the development of consumer litigation practice.
