Teaching has included national, state, local, and international programs on consumer protection, trial advocacy, class actions, credit reporting, debt collection, bankruptcy, privacy, foreclosure law, and financial-services litigation.

Trial Advocacy

A graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, Scott Borison has also served as an instructor at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College.

Programs addressing Maryland foreclosure law and implementation of statutory reforms.

Maryland Foreclosure Education

Following Maryland’s foreclosure-law reforms, educational programs addressed the new laws and their implementation, including a Maryland Judicial Conference presentation with Vicki Schultz, then working with Maryland Labor Secretary Thomas Perez on the State’s foreclosure response.
